Tuchoměřice is one of the most picturesque districts, closely bordering Prague 6. Soon there will be built the Nová Kněžívka project, which will include 40 cozy 1+kk apartments. The new building will be erected near the Unětice stream on the territory of a former stone hangar and will perfectly complement this incredible place near Prague. To pay tribute to the historic structure that stood on this site, we will preserve its outlines. The lower floor of the house will be lined with stone. In combination with a gable roof with a slight slope, they will give uniqueness to the building.

The external elevator shaft with an unconventional ribbed structure is going to be the most exciting element of the whole house. Corridors from the main building will lead to it, which will also make the entire facility barrier-free.
